Open circuit circulation system
General
The AQUA HP-SYSTEM is integrated
an existing
circulations, like a cooling water circulation
or, if not existing into a
separate treatment circulation over an additional treatment tank.
For an optimal operation it is important that a constant water flow volume and a pressure
of
approx. 6,0 to 8,0 bar is supplied to secure the correct function of the system unit.
The treated water is returned through the outlet pipe
with a pressure of approx. 0,8
to 1,0 bar.
The free flow outlet of
the treated water from the AQUA HP-SYSTEM
must be maintained
and
secured that no reduction
of the nominal diameter of outlet the pipe is undertaken.
Equally any
installation of filter
units, contra valves or similar that may reduce the flow or pressure is to be
avoided,
as such will backwards influence
the reactor function. Only smooth pipe bending shall
be used and
outlet pipe shall be above the water surface. Integration of the AQUA
HP-SYSTEMS
into closed water circulation is an exception.
Materials to be applied
The pipes 
,
valve and fittings
are
locally and commercial available installation parts by
observing the required
water pressure and pump capacity. The pump
has to be
chosen according to the recommendation of the pump manufacturer.
On request the
pump may
be a part of the AQUA HP-SYSTEM delivery.
