Hydro Physical Dynamic Flow Water Treatment
The AQUA HP-SYSTEM is a
hydro flow dynamic technology, which primarily offers the following
characteristic advantages:
- extreme water turbidity
rates
- high pressure differences
- vacuum centre cleaning

The central unit of the AQUA HP-SYSTEM is the reactor
chamber, which is constructed to provoke a cyclone process of the
applied water. Water is supplied by a high pressure pump to the
reactor chamber and, due to the cyclone construction, accelerated
such that very high flow- and rotation velocities are created. The
flow volume inside the reactor is further diverted into several
water layers:
Centrifugal and centripetal, abrade against each other and causing
development of extreme huge friction and gravitational forces.
The special construction of the reactor chamber additionally build
up a vacuum centre of about -1,0 bar (Venturing injector effect). As a consequence of the developed vacuum, in the AQUA HP-SYSTEM reactor, permit to draw ambient air from the outside environment and add this as a natural oxygen mixture directly to the reactor chamber process. The additional oxygen is dissolved in the water, forming free radicals, which acts as an oxidation cold combustion cleaning grade process. |

An additional advantage of the AQUA HP-SYSTEM is that the extreme physical exposure of the water and
the high content of natural oxygen leads to a modified improvement of the viscosity.
The treated water has a reduced surface tension, improving wash- and cleaning processes in industrial systems like metal parts washing, bottle cleaners or to improve and optimise any process using chemical additives.
