Declaration to condition of the machine - cooling-lubrication solution (before the test)

The decisive reason for this test was the poor condition, respective the short operation time of the applied solution.

The alien oil part is in the order of 1.0%-1.2%, continuously adding of antifoam additives to prevent foam build-up.

Caused by metal tear off, oil, graphite sedimentation and germ formation is the time factor for cleaning of the filter unit and the machine very long.

Operation cost increase due to less quality and the utility time of the solution.

 

Overall result after the test:

The indentification of seed quantities during the complete test proved negative [zero].

The time factor for the cleaning of the machine-filter unit was reduced by 2 hours / week.

The amount of alien oil parts showed to be only 0,5%.

The utility time and quality was increased, whereby the operation costs could be reduced.

All kind of additives has discontinued.

Each Sunday at 22:00 hours before working start, the impurities caused by metal tear off, oil, graphite sedimentation could be absorbed as a carpet layer from the solution surface.
