Water Conditioning in Industrial Food and Dairy Plants.

APPLICATION: CHICKEN SLAUGHTERHOUSE

Physical water conditioning fulfil the high demands in food plants for efficiency and quality of products. At the Padborg Chicken Slaughter House ltd., near the Danish/German border, this type of tratment was implemented on the cooling tower. As a result of the efficiency the treatment was successfully extended to the cold and hot water production supply. Our projecting engineers assured the optimal treatment and performance:

1) Treatment of hot water supply from boiler pipeline for the production. Conditioning capacity: 12 m3/h

2) Treatment of the cold water supply inlet (after the water meter). Conditioning capacity: 7800 liters/h, and treatment on the hot water circulation pipeline for production: Conditioning capacity: 7800 liters/h.

Treatment Advantages and Results: Previous pressure loss and possibilities for bacterial growth on lime scale formations was prevented. Better heat transfer, less maintenance as well as less chemicals dosage for the factory cleaning procedures due to the reduced water surface tension.

The perfect chemical free treatment to avoid lime scale and corrosion in water systems.
