AQUA-CORRECT® PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE. |
THIS "AQUA CORRECT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE" IS VALID FOR ALL OUR CONDITIONERS DELIVERED AND CORRECTLY INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR INSTRUCTIONS INTO THE COLD AND HOT WATER SUPPLIES IN RESIDENCE BUILDINGS. THE GUARANTEE PERIOD STARTS FROM THE DATE OF INSTALLATION.
The Aqua Correct function
1. REDUCTION OF THE WATER SURFACE TENSION OF MIN. 9% IN WATER AT 18 HARDNESS DEGREES AND AT 20
O C, AS DOCUMENTED IN TESTS BY THE WATER INSTITUTE PTS-WAF, MUNICH, GERMANY.2. EFFECTIVE DISSOLUTION OF CALCIUM AS DOCUMENTED IN CRYSTAL TESTS (WIZZARD-METHODE) AT THE DANISH TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY, CLAIMING A LONG TERM FUNCTION AFTER 14 DAYS OF CA. 90%.

3. IMMEDIATE PREVENTION OF NEW LIME SCALE DEPOSITS (MAX. CA. 0,5 mm CALCIUM CARBONATE).
4. DISSOLVING OF EXISTING CALCIUM DEPOSITS.
5. THE REDUCED WATER SURFACE TENSION NORMALLY SAVE DOSAGE OF CHEMICAL AND SOAP ADDITIVES.
6. PREVENTION OF CORROSION AND OCHRE. (REQUIRE THAT THE FORMERLY EMBEDDED, NOW FREE LIME SCALE AND AGRESIVE PARTICLES ARE SUBSEQUENTLY REMOVED)

The 5 year material and function guarantee
THE GUARANTEE COVERS LISTED ITEMS 1-TO 11. IN CASE OF A MATERIAL OR PERFORMANCE DEFECT, AQUA CORRECT SHALL BE DULY ADVISED BY WRITTEN, SIGNED LETTER. AQUA CORRECT WILL, IN CASE OF DEFECTS DELIVER A NEW AND EQUAL TYPE, FREE OF CHARGE. CLAIMS BEYOND THIS GUARANTEE DUE TO THE FOLLOWING REASONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED
:a) Incorrect installation and capacity Aqua Correct types.
b) Unprofessional handling, malicious damage or intervention attempts into the Aqua Correct Conditioner.
c) Tube damages, new as old and ordinary wear and tear.
d) Obstructions due to dissolved particles and sedimentation, galvanic potentials and all chemical reactions.
e) Scale deposits on high temperature surfaces as well as the normal, corrosion protecting, thin layer of calcium bicarbonate.
f) All system conditions, that require our projecting or recommended changes to achieve the optimal Aqua Correct performance.
h) All Aqua Correct installations in pressurized steam systems etc., which require special and/or authority approval.
i) In case of force majeure (fire, war, flash of lightening etc.)
We shall not be made liable for limited or missing result, if our instructions are neglected or our investigation prove, that other circumstances interfered with or prevented the Aqua Correct conditioning to perform as normal, when installed in a similar application.
AQUA CORRECT shall not be made liable for any injuries on persons or objects caused by malicious damage or attempts to open / dismantle the Aqua Correct Conditioner. The purchaser is responsible to prevent, secure and insure against any such violent actions.
Industrial installations and applications are covered by a separate Aqua Correct guarantee.
