The powerful water surface tension reduction is the primary conditioning factor, reducing the production time in the cheese brines by up to 20% to 25%. As calcite is total dissolved by the chemical salt exchange, this application proves an unique different technique and performance of the Aqua Correct conditioning, compared to other physical conditioner products, limited to lime scale treatment only.

The unique reduction of the water surface tension improves the properties of all water-based solutions and fluids. By reducing the binding forces in the water, the dispersion and solution increase due to the water properties as emulgator are improved.
