The problem: High cost of chemical additives, lime scale deposits in the CIP tanks.
The solution: Physical water conditioning in the circulation of the solution with a 1" conditioner unit, which is reducing the water surface tension by 10%.
The results: Cost savings by reduction of chemical additives, less scale deposits and service time.
