Cheese brine conditioning.

The powerful water surface tension reduction is the primary treatment factor, reducing the production time in the cheese brine by up to 20% to 25%. As calcite is toltal dissolved by the salt, this application proves the unique technic and performance of the Aqua Correct conditioning, compared to the common physical lime scale treatment products.

The problem: Salt crystal scale deposits. Foam and unclear brine. Extensive cleaning procedure of the brine basin, heat exchanger and the cheese supporting shelve. Possible reduction of production time.
The solution: Our physical conditioning in the brine circulation circuit reduces the water surface tension, dissolve salt crystals and prevent foam.
The results: Reduced production time 6% - 20% depending of cheese type due to better salt intake. Clear cheese brine without foam. Practical no salt crystal disposals. Reduced cleaning time and cost. Optimised heat exchange. Diary production authority regulation fulfilled.
