The 10% reduction of the water surface tension improves the properties of all water-based emulsions and fluids. By reducing the binding forces in the water, the dispersion and solution in the water as emulator becomes far better. Physical proportional and, without adding any chemicals, the binding forces of calcium and other mineral crystals is dissolved and scale deposits prevented.
