FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS TO AQUA CORRECT (NR. 1)

WHAT ARE THE MAJOR DIFFERENCES BETWEEN AQUA CORRECT system AND MOST OTHER MAGNETIC WATER & LIME SCALE TREATMENT PRODUCTS?

THE ANSWER: AQUA CORRECT IS TURBULENCE FREE = AQUA CORRECT FUNCTION IS FREE FROM AGGRESSIVE CO2!

The magnetic treatment is effective if proved to reduce the water surface tension.
The value of the water surface tension reduction must be at least 4%-5% and should be 10% to be fully effective in dissolving all lime scale deposits (CaCO3).

In most products removal of the magnets gets the exact same results as obtained with the magnets.
Inside (hidden implemented) turbulence can create aggressive free CO2, which may dissolve (CaCO3).
This treatment is not magnetic and is fully dependent on the water quality, flow rate and turbulence construction.
Turbulence treatment is generally combined with inactive magnets for commercial reasons only.
To find the hidden turbulence arrangement inserted in mostly all so-called "Magnetic Treatment" scale deposit prevention products you need to look inside the equipment. Some products are sealed to keep you from discovering the turbulence treatment arrangements.

Applications with a variable flow rate.
Although some of the other products look very similar to the AQUA CORRECT system, the principle of operation and results achieved is very different.

Turbulence treatment:
The need to create turbulence to release carbon dioxide necessitates a required flow rate through the unit. This means that if the flow rate fluctuates then there has to be separate units of different sizes for the different flow rates.

AQUA CORRECT system:
Only one unit is needed and there is no required flow rate. All water passing through the unit is treated from the first drop.
In an installation where turbulence treatment units were removed because they were unable to create sufficient CO2 for dissolving and preventing calcium lime scale, the two units in parallel were replaced by one AQUA CORRECT system only. To date, 4 years after, the one AQUA CORRECT system continues its effective prevention of limestone in the heat exchangers, pipelines and the sanitary installation. Further the corrosion has decreased and the water softening for the washing machines is no longer necessary.

How do we discover if the treatment is because of turbulence, magnetic, or a combination of both functions?
The significant difference between the two functions is that only magnets can physically reduce the water surface tension. In reality nearly all implemented magnets do not accomplish this.

The conclusion:

If the manufacturer cannot provide a certified test confirming a reduced water surface tension and there is no free fluid flow, the function is a purely turbulence treatment.

If a certified test is confirming a reduced water surface tension, but there is not a free fluid flow this indicates the combination of both turbulence and magnetic functions.

If provided with a certified test confirming a reduced water surface tension and there is free fluid flow, then the function is a physically pure magnetic treatment.
