The chemical procedure requires a pH- neutral balance and the physical a water conductivity balance. The chemical dosage limit and physical energy limit are proportional, but not the impact on the environment and the costs involved.
By evaporation of water the concentration of mineral salts increases. Draining to remove these impurities is therefore necessary and an important part of the treatment (valid for chemical as well as physical conditioning). The limit of accepted concentration is defined in international standards.

The automatic conductivity limit control processor is mounted on the wall.
The conductivity measuring sensor is installed in the lower part of the water tank.
Draining is performed at the very bottom of the tank by a pipeline with constant fall to earth and opened and closed by a magnet valve, when the water conductivity reaches the set limit values.
