Physical conditioning of the caustic solution circuit by a 2" unit reduces the water surface tension by 12%.
The results:
Reduction of chemical additives by 60% in the 2.4 concentrated caustic solution with a
temperature of 81 oC. Simultaneously the sedimentation was increased by 20%. 50 million bottles were cleaned in one year without problems.
