Caustic solution conditioning - Brewery

Physical treatment of caustic solution to bottle washing machines.

The problem: High cost using chemical additives. Production stop caused by scale deposits. Requirements to improve bottle cleaning performance and less environmental pollution.
The solution: Physical conditioning of the caustic solution circuit by a 2" unit reduces the water surface tension by 12%.
The results: Reduction of chemical additives by 60% in the 2,4 concentrated caustic solution with a temperature of 81 oC. Simultaneously the sedimentation was increased by 20%. 50 millions bottles was cleaned in one year without problems
